  • Basic recruitment process is as above, RA(Research Analyst) is mandatory for new hires.

  • Resume screening includes review of applicant’s resume and CV.

  • Organizational fit test assesses applicant's aptitude, competency, and readiness to become an IG consultant.

  • Interview is conducted by the CEO and Executives, for final check for IG Fit of applicant.
